01 Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the j177.plus website, the j177 mobile app for Android and iOS, and all services provided under the j177 brand.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the j177 platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a Member to access j177's services.
• "Account Balance" refers to the amount of funds in a Member's account at any given time, excluding any bonuses still subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" refers to additional credits, free funds, or any promotional benefit granted by j177 to Members from time to time.
• "Wagering Requirement" or "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum wagering amount a Member must achieve before any bonus can be converted into withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer (KYC) process conducted by j177 to verify a Member's identity.

02 Member Eligibility

Use of the j177 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be fully met:

1. You must be 21 years of age and above at the date of registration. j177 does not permit underage individuals to use this platform under any circumstances.
2. You must be an individual registering in a personal capacity, not as a representative or agent of another party.
3. You are not currently enrolled in any active voluntary self-exclusion program on any gaming platform.
4. Use of the j177 platform must not conflict with the laws or regulations in force in your country or region of residence. It is your responsibility to ensure this before using our services.
5. You are not permitted to register or use an account on behalf of any other individual, or allow any other individual to use your account.

03 Account Registration

The j177 account registration process is simple and free. However, there are several important requirements you must comply with during and after registration:

• Each individual is only permitted to register one (1) account only. Owning multiple accounts (multi-account) is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of balances.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. False or misleading information constitutes a serious breach of these terms.
• You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date whenever changes occur, particularly your contact details and bank account number.
• Your account password is your sole responsibility. j177 recommends using a complex, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Any activity that occurs under your account is deemed to have been carried out by you, unless you have promptly reported a compromised account to the j177 support team.

Identity Verification (KYC)

J177 conducts a thorough KYC process to ensure the safety of all members and the integrity of the platform. Members may be asked to submit the following documents at any time:

• A copy of your valid MyKad or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months)
• Bank statement or proof of ownership of the payment method used
• Selfie holding your identification document (if required)

Failure to submit the requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of your account's withdrawal capability.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal

Deposit

J177 supports a variety of popular deposit methods in Malaysia. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on your chosen payment method and account status. Successful deposits will be credited to your account within minutes.

• FPX bank transfer and internet banking
• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay e-wallets
• Over-the-counter (OTC) deposit and selected transfer services

J177 does not accept deposits from third-party credit or debit cards. All deposited funds must originate from an account or payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals at j177 are processed quickly and securely. The following withdrawal terms apply:

• Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes once KYC verification is complete and no investigation is ongoing on the account.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the j177 account holder.
• Minimum and maximum daily withdrawal limits apply according to the Member's account tier.
• J177 reserves the right to conduct security checks before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits, which may require additional processing time.
• Any withdrawal suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or money laundering will be placed on hold pending the completion of an investigation.

05 Bonus & Promotions

J177 offers various types of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions set for each offer. The following general terms apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus has wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses cannot be used equally across all games — some games may not count or may only partially count toward the wagering requirement. Please check each promotion's terms for more details.
• Only one bonus may be activated at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• J177 reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, including arbitrage betting intended solely to meet bonus requirements.
• Unused bonuses will expire automatically once the validity period ends.
• J177 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

06 Game Rules

All games offered on the j177 platform are subject to their own game rules. Detailed rules for each game are displayed within the game interface itself. General terms applicable to all games are as follows:

• All slot games at j177 use an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG), ensuring every spin is independent and fair.
• The return-to-player (RTP) rate for each slot game is displayed in the game information. Actual RTP may differ from the theoretical RTP in the short term.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, j177 will use server records to determine the actual game outcome. Results recorded on the server are final.
• In Live Casino, the dealer's decision is final and cannot be disputed unless there is a clear procedural error.
• Minimum and maximum wagers for each game and table are as specified in the game interface.

07 Prohibited Conduct

J177 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward dishonest conduct or any activity that undermines the integrity of the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Identity fraud: Using another person's personal information to register or verify an account.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players in table games or Live Casino to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering: Using the j177 platform as a channel for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
• Bonus abuse: Opening multiple accounts, using false identities, or employing other dishonest methods to obtain bonuses.

Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where applicable.

• Your personal data is collected solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, and service improvement.

• J177 will not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or court order.
• You have the right to request access to your personal data held by j177, as well as request corrections or deletion of such data by contacting our support team.

09 Limitation of Liability

J177 strives to ensure the platform operates smoothly and without interruption at all times. However, there are certain limitations to j177's liability that you should be aware of:

• J177 is not liable for any losses arising from internet service disruptions, user device failures, or circumstances beyond its control (force majeure).
• J177 makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical errors, though we make every effort to ensure system reliability.
• J177's maximum liability to any Member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• J177 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss of profit damages suffered by a Member.

10 Responsible Gaming

J177 deeply values the well-being of its members. We believe gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of stress or financial hardship. To that end, j177 provides a range of tools to help you play responsibly:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from your account settings.

11 Terms Amendment
